Orchard Hills is a newer scenic village located in northern Irvine and set against the Lomas de Santiago ridgeline. This village features four unique residential enclaves, three of which are gated. Each enclave is entrenched in the area’s natural beauty, including reservoirs, open spaces, hill forms, ridgelines and avocado groves. Even after development, the village retained its avocado groves, and the area is still one of the nation’s largest avocado producers.
